• Using AZO-free, colorfast techniques, our fabrics undergo screen, digital, or block printing.
• All dyes used comply with international safety and environmental standards.

3. Fabric Treatment

• Post-printing, each fabric is treated for color fastness, flame resistance, formaldehyde, and other compliance checks.

4. Pre-Cut Quality Check

• Fabric is thoroughly re-checked before any cutting to ensure it meets specifications.

5. Cutting & Assembly

• Precision-based cutting ensures shape and size accuracy.
• Products are then hand-assembled or machine-stitched with careful oversight.

6. Value Addition

• Embroidery (hand, machine, computerized) and other enhancements are applied as required.

7. Final Quality Control

• Every product is inspected multiple times by our dedicated quality control staff.
• A needle detector machine is used to ensure product safety and finish, especially for international shipments.

8. Packaging & Dispatch

• Products are securely packed and labeled with care, ready for export.
